Product quality will reach the world's first. As a marine biopolymer material extracted from deep-sea crab shells, Haysmore products are the only animal regenerated fiber in the world, which can be widely used in industrial, medical, textile and other fields. Hismoore's "special chitosan fiber cloth" has been adopted by the aerospace projects "Tiangong No. 1" and "Shenzhou No. 8", and has been identified as a "special product for China's aerospace."

    According to reports, due to the unique biological characteristics of pure chitosan fiber (Haismore), it is widely used in defense, nuclear industry, medical field, textile field and other industrial fields. The high purity of Haysmore makes it have excellent biocompatibility and no immunogenicity, broad-spectrum bacteriostasis, mildew resistance, adsorption, biodegradability, hemostasis and wound healing and other special functions. It has a broad market in the fields of medical treatment, hygiene products, radiation energy defense cloth, environmental protection filter cloth and tobacco filter, as well as military supplies and industrial materials. Since 1926, foreign countries have started to develop and establish a chitosan fiber production line. So far, there has been no mass production, and they have sought chitosan fiber from my country.

    Shandong Huaxing has been researching and developing for 5 years, and the product quality and technology have reached the international advanced level. Medical chitosan fiber and its preparation method have obtained the national invention patent. Through the implementation of advanced technology, the performance of the fiber has been improved. The dry breaking strength and dry breaking elongation have reached advanced levels, and can be spun with various fibers. Quality blended yarns and non-woven fabrics are made into medical dressings, military fabrics, other industrial fabrics and daily textiles. Tested by national and international testing agencies, the pure chitosan fiber has an antibacterial rate of more than 90% against Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus, and E. coli, and has other biological characteristics.

    The method for detecting the content of chitosan fiber (Heismore) in textiles has been declared a national invention patent, and has entered the PCT program to declare the United States, Britain, Japan and other international invention patents. At the same time, it was recommended as a national standard in 2010; as the main drafting unit, Huaxing participated in the formulation of "Chitosan Short Fiber Standard" and "Chitosan Blended Yarn Product Standard".
