[Webbing web] Uzbek ginning work is coming to an end. The daily ginning volume of cotton in 2010/11 has dropped to below 1,000 tons. More than 75% of the work of the ginning plant has been completed and is actively preparing for the new flower ginning work next year.

    Since the beginning of the current year, it is estimated that the amount of ginned cotton has reached 885,000 tons, and the stock of unprocessed seed cotton is very small. Some industry insiders have lowered their expectations to 860,000 to 900,000 tons. Cotlook (Cotlook) this week's latest forecast of cotton production is 900,000 tons.

    Export shipments are still at a standstill, and the previously signed 439,000 tons of cotton have all been shipped. It is understood that last week Tashkent signed a new contract of thousands of tons of lint, and it is expected that these cotton will begin shipping in the near future.

    Uzbek domestic textile mills still buy cotton in small quantities. So far, 120,000 tons of cotton was purchased domestically in 2010/11, and unsold inventory is estimated to be close to 300,000 tons.
